22 Insurgents Were Killed! 

Kabul-Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 9 joint offensive & clearance operations, conducted 78 Commandos, Special Forces operations in different parts of the country, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries and ensure better security to the people of Afghanistan, Afghan Air Forces conducted 98 flights and carried out 15 airstrikes on enemies’ positions in support of these operations. As a result, 22 Insurgents were killed and 20 were wounded.

These operations were conducted in 8 provinces of the country.

Badghis- 7 insurgents were killed and 19 were wounded in airstrikes in Bala Murghab district.

Ghazni- 5 insurgents were killed and 3 motorbikes were destroyed in airstrikes in Gelan & Andar districts.

Helmand- 5 insurgents were killed, 1 vehicle (Saracha) and several different rounds IED were destroyed airstrikes in Sangin district.

Farah- 3 insurgents were killed and 1 wounded in artillery attacks in Balabulok district. 

Paktia- 2 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was seized in response attacks in Zarmat district.
