271 Taliban terrorists were killed and 162 others wounded during the last 24 hours 

271 Taliban terrorists were killed and 162 were wounded as a result of ANDSF operations in Nangarhar, Maidan Wardak, Khost, Kandahar, Farah, Herat, Badghis, Sar-e Pol, Jowzjan, Nimruz, Helmand, Badakhshan, Kunduz, Takhar & Kapisa provinces during the last 24 hours. 

Additionally, 18 IEDs which were placed by Taliban on public roads, were discovered & defused by Afghan National Army.
