37 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 21 joint offensive & pre-planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 8 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 15 provinces of the country, as a result, 37 Insurgents were killed, 25 were wounded and 5 including 4 suspects were detained.

Baghalan- 9 insurgents were killed and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in airstrikes in vicinities of Pol-e Khomari district.

Badghis- 6 insurgents were killed, 5 were wounded, 3 fighting positions, amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in an airstrike in Bala Murghab district.

Kandahar- 4 insurgents were killed, 15 were wounded and 40 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in clearing operation in Maiwand district.

Uruzgan- 4 insurgents were killed, 3 were wounded and 4 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in clearing operation in Guizab district.

Logar- 4 insurgent6s were killed, 1 vehicle and amount of weapons & munitions were destroyed in an airstrike in Baraki Barak district.

Balkh- 4 insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Zah-Ra district.

Ghazni- 2 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in response attacks in Andar district.

Farah- 2 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in an airstrike in Posht Rod district.

Paktikah- one insurgent was killed and 3 were wounded and 2 motorbikes were destroyed in response attacks in Waza Khwah district.

Herat- one suicide attacker was killed, 4 suspects were arrested and amount of weapons & ammunition were seized in Joint Special Operation in Shindan district.

Sir-e Pol- one insurgent was detained, 2 fighting positions were destroyed and 3 rounds of IEDs were discovered & defused in clearing operation in villages of the capital.
