33 Insurgents Were Killed!

Kabul, Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces launched 17 joint offensive & pre planned clearance operations and Air Forces carried out 19 airstrikes on enemies’ positions, in order to remove security threats, eliminate the enemy’s strongholds and ensure better security, these operations were conducted in 14 provinces of the country, as a result, 33 Insurgents were killed, 1 was wounded and 6 including 4 suspects were detained.

Helmand- 7 insurgents were killed, 1 vehicle, 1 motorbike and amount of weapons & munitions were destroyed in airstrikes & clearing operation in Nahar Saraj and Lashkargah districts.

Baghalan- 6 insurgents were killed, 1 wounded, 2 vehicles, 1 motorbike and amount of weapons & ammunition were destroyed in airstrikes in Dahana Ghori and Pol-e Khomari districts.

Nangarhar- 5 insurgents were killed and amount of weapons were destroyed in airstrikes in Deh Bala and Shirzad districts.

Logar- 4 insurgents were killed, 1 depot of weapons and ammunition were destroyed in an airstrike in Kharwar district.

Ghazni- 4 insurgents were killed and 1 motorbike was destroyed in airstrikes in Ab- Band and Giro districts.   

Daykundi- 4 insurgents were killed and amount of weapons & ammunition were seized in an airstrike I Guizab district. 

Paktikah- 2 insurgents were killed and 1 vehicle was destroyed in an airstrike in Omana district.

Wardak- one insurgent was killed, 4 suspects were arrested, 21 mobile, 1 Taliban Identity card and   amount of weapons & munitions were confiscated in an airstrike & joint special operation in Chak district.

Nimruz- 2 narcotics drug smugglers were detained, amount of weapons & munitions, 2100 kg opium, some Taliban financial documents and 1 vehicle were seized in Joint Special Operation in province capital.
