41 Insurgents Were Killed!   

Kabul-Afghanistan: in the past 24 hours, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces, launched 10 joint offensive & clearance operations, and conducted 88 Commandos, Special Forces operations in different parts of the country, in order to remove security threats, destroying the enemy’s sanctuaries and ensure better security to the people of Afghanistan, Afghan Air Forces conducted 101 flights and carried out 4 airstrikes on enemies’ positions in support of these operations. As a result, 41 Insurgents were killed and 3 were wounded.

These operations were conducted with support of Resolute Support and Afghan Air Forces in, Badghis, Balkh, Badakhshan, Zabul, Uruzgan, Ghazni, Logar, Sir-e Pol, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Helmand and Faryab provinces.

Badghis- 25 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Nahar Ab, Chah-Sangai, Jerim and Bara-Khana villages, Ab-kamari district.

Balkh- 4 insurgents were killed and 2 were wounded in clearing operation in Balkh district.

Badakhshan- 4 insurgents were killed in response attacks in Tagab district.

Zabul- 3 insurgents were killed in response attacks in Shah Joy district.

Uruzgan- 2 insurgents were killed in airstrikes in Shash-e Par village, Khas-e Uruzgan district.

Ghazni- 2 insurgents were killed in response attacks in Andar district.

Logar- one insurgent was killed and another was wounded in response attack in Baraki Barak district.
