14 Taliban insurgents were killed in Kandahar province

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces with support from the Air Forces conducted operations in Panjwae and Zherai districts of Kandahar province, yesterday. 

14 Taliban were killed, 7 wounded, some amount of their weapons and ammunition were destroyed during the ANDSF operations and AAF airstrikes. 

Additionally, 10 IEDs which were placed by Taliban on public roads to kill the innocents civilians and security forces in vicinity of Arghandab district, were discovered and defused by Afghan National Army.
